All fear, especially of what others think of us, is a figment of our imagination—false evidence appearing real, as the old saying goes. Why place yourself in an unnecessary prison when there’s no need?

Sometimes, mindfulness leads to accidental mind-fullness and we get lost in thought. The way out: relax and observe your thoughts.

We spend a lot of energy fighting life and wishing reality would change to meet our expectations. It’s a sure recipe for suffering. Who needs that? What would happen if you trust life even when circumstances are uncomfortable?
